Vision Board Creation

Super Confidence

Vision Boards are a fun and easy way to foucs your goals and keep them in your daily line of vision.

You will need: Magazines, Scissors, Glue, Momentos and Imagination!

Start by going thur the magazines and pulling images or words that catch your eye. Just rip them out and keep going. Then go back and trim around the edges of the image or work that you want to use. Start putting images and words together. They will start to fall into place like a puzzel. There is no right or wrong here, have fun! You may choose to put the Vision Board on a piece of cardbord, or maybe in your journal.

Take some time to think about what you want in your life. What golas are you working on. You may consider putting the most importiant thing in the middle and working around it. I group colors together and keep moving things around. Layer things up and be creative! Sign and date

Altars

Altars are a way to create a scared space in our enviornment to help us focus and keep us connected to the Light. They ground us and are an instant reconnection to all the peace, power and love of the Light.

Many people all over the world have altars in their worship. The Hawaiian people create altars for many reasons. They build beautful displays of flowers and ferns and tend them, pray/chant and dance Hula. All are ways to stay connected to the ancesors and relatives.

Offerings

Offerings can be many things. Tradionally flowers, fruit, candles as well as symbols for the Four Elements: Air, which can be a feather. Fire, which can be a candle. Earth, a plant or rock or crystal… (Something of the earth.) And Water, a Seashell, or a bowl of water.

Dia de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead celebrations in Mexico place the favorite things of their loved ones on the altar in the belief that the veil between the worlds is thinest on November 1st. The day after All Hallow Eve.

Candles represent Fire
Plants and Flowers repsent the Earth
Feather represent Air

Have fun with your altar objects and your Vision Boards on them. Tend them daily. See your goals daily. Focus your mind on what you want in life. Always remember that your Word is your Wand. Use your altar as a tool for movement.
